A home in the southern Israeli town of Sderot was hit by a Qassam rocket fired from the Gaza Strip on Friday morning. This was the second time that the home had been hit, and one woman was treated for shock following the strike.
The “Red Alert” siren went off in Sderot and the adjacent Shaar Hanegev Regional Council around 5.50 a.m. One rocket hit the roof of the home before landing in the yard of the house next door. A second rocket landed in an open area of the regional council.
